For peak seasons (spring weddings, holidays, and popular weekends), we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance. However, if your date is sooner, still reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute events if we have availability.
Nova Luxe Events is based in Orlando, Florida (32822) and serves Orlando and most of Central Florida. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service radius — we’ll include those clearly in your quote.
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your rental start time to set up the booth, lighting, backdrop, and props. Setup and breakdown time are separate from your active rental hours, so you get the full time you book for your guests.
Yes! Our photobooths include instant digital sharing via text, email, or QR code so guests can save and post their photos right away. We can also provide an online gallery after the event so you can download every image.
Yes. A friendly on-site attendant is included with our staffed photobooth experiences. They’ll guide guests, adjust the setup as needed, and make sure everything runs smoothly so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
